Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using ClassToolsPH ("the platform"). By registering for or using an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use This Platform

ClassToolsPH is intended for DepEd teachers, school administrators, and their students. Teacher accounts are subject to review and approval by our site administrator before activation.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The platform offers a Free plan and paid plans (Basic, Plus, Pro) with different limits on subjects, sections, question bank size, and report access. See our Pricing section for current details and prices.
Paid plans are purchased through PayMongo (GCash or Maya) for a chosen duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), paid in full at the time of purchase.
Plans do not automatically renew. You choose when to renew by completing a new checkout before or after your current plan expires.
Refunds: because plan access is granted immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our site administrator and we will look into it.
Switching from one paid plan to another does not carry over unused time as a credit; a new purchase simply extends or replaces your current plan and expiry date.

4. Content You Create

Any subjects, questions, exams, and item bank entries you create remain yours. You are responsible for making sure content you upload does not infringe anyone else's rights and is appropriate for a school setting.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your login with someone else; attempt to access another teacher's private subjects or another student's exam without authorization; use the platform to facilitate cheating; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

6. Student Accounts

Student accounts are created and managed by teachers or administrators, not by students themselves. Schools and teachers are responsible for ensuring student use of the platform complies with their own school policies.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClassToolsPH and its administrators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss or exam interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or is inactive for an extended period. You may stop using the platform at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
